Not even kidding, i left feeling SO good. maybe it was the endorphins, or the fact that i was picturing me, 6 and a half months later, awesomely confident.I dont care if you have the muscles of this kid or not, if you can walk out of anything feeling satisfied, youve done a good job. its really difficult to walk out of a gym feeling shitty. if this circumstance crosses your path, think of this kid and i SWEAR youll smile and think to yourself, "it wasnt THAT bad"
