Ive seen plenty of girls push to lose weight for prom and such and good for them! but i just want to help girls do it in the right way if they chose so to do.

go mo! Day I

so you could be here for a billion different reasons.
1. you feel out of shape, unhealthy, depressed, and all around not motivated
2. you were curious as to what exactly what was the freshman 15
3. youre a compuslive link clicker and felt the need to click this link.


well either way, whether it be 1,2,3, or a combination of those, welcome to the freshman 15 or as I like to call it FreshXV. it sounds cooler :)


so here we are Day 1. so lets go. so you may look at yourself and be like gee, i deff want to lose some weight but how the fuck do i get motivated?
 for one, get off your ass as soon as youre done reading this post. go on do it. now go to your room, put on a pair of comfy shorts, a tshirt, a sports bra if you need it, put your hair up, get your sneakers on (dont lie to me, EVERYONE has a pair of sneakers, so that excuse is bullshit.)   and go for a fast jog. it doesnt have to be long. im not asking you to run like a marathon, go for a mile, go for a half mile, just go do something active!
Excuses I Don't want to Hear:
1. i dont have a treadmill! so what? go outside and run.
2. its cold outside! youre cold for literally the first 5 minutes and after than its fine. just cover your nose and mouth with a thin layer so you can breathe and still feel your nose
3. I sprained my ankle! hey me too! so you know what ive been doing in the mean time? abs. ho-ly shit. abs. do crunches, do girly pushups,
4. I hate running! do this. Now, i just watched this video and I must say it reminds me of being back at cheer camp learning the side line cheers. (FUN FACT ABOUT CHARLIE: Im a Varisty cheerleader... but im not in shape.)




you know what keeps me going when im about to give up? so basically i envision myself skinnier in shape and coming out of the water at the lake at my camp as if i were Halle Berry in the opening scene of Die Another Day. no joke. it like really boosts me. envision the guy you like, or just wanna get with (if any guy is reading this i mean you can obviously envision yourself. whatever floats your boat).

alright. now that youve been motivated. get off your ass now. this post is over. i better see your ass doing something active. dont wanna do anything of the above? well youre being lazy. if you can walk to the fridge to get a snack you can sure as hell go walk on the treamill for 1/2 a mile (for the record that takes 10 minutes.)

if you REALLY dont like running, dance around your room or house. somewhere
