Ive seen plenty of girls push to lose weight for prom and such and good for them! but i just want to help girls do it in the right way if they chose so to do.

Day II | Clean out, dont clean up!

Hey there Freshtodeaths!
So heres a fun fact about me: Ive tried everything short of the harmful ways to lose weight. keep in mind, i love my body, but i knew in order to be healthier, i had to do something. see thats the kicker: you cant lose weight and be happier and gain confidence without realizing a problem first, and better yet, accepting that if youre unhappy, you have to do something. It wont just go away.

so where was I? ah yes, i remember now,  So basically my most promising outlet of confidence gain was weight watchers. Ill bring up the big double W as we press on.

One super important thing i learned okay. so when i was involved in the big W, i used to go to this meeting every sunday (or was it saturday....) morning. and we'd discuss things like what weve been doing to help us out and like what i did to lose 6 pounds one week (heres the tip, go to a sweet 16 or any other catered party, eat before, eat like 3 bites there, have a bowl of ice cream for dessert and dance like youve never danced before.... the whole time. and to give your legs an extra workout, wear your heels the whole time and get low with that cute guy in the corner ;)), etc.
so one time we discussed something that hit me hard and stuck with me: Apparently, you are more likely to lose weight if your room is clean . Im going to be honest, my room is terrible. like a bomb hit it and no one has sent in help yet. BUT! its slowly getting cleaner. Now keep in mind, I have a cleaning lady. Ohhhhh rosie<3 what a doll you are a 5'1". So my room gets cleaned (vaccuumed and surfaces wiped down) every other monday. Heres the problem: rosie, as much as i love her, just stacks up the clutter to make space to clean. nothings getting cleaned out. so thats what you have to do. Dont clean up, clean out! sounds crazy, i know. For example: I started with the key ingredient , my closet. The epicenter of my daily life (you cant attend highschool naked)

There are sliding doors. yeah. shits intense. so heres what i did. i put on some awesome tunes (see the ipod above) and i pulled EVERYTHING out of my closet and threw it on my bed (TIP: make your bed before you do this. its SO much easier) so now everythings on my bed, i got some boxes and sorted everything

Things that should go in the closet:
nice clothing
nice jeans
nice shirts
tshirts that are in good condition
workout clothing
dresses
sweaters

I put anything else (old tshirts, tshirts that are too small, shorts, pants that are too small) in these boxes and put them in my attic, not to be opened until may. WHAT I DID THOUGH was i kept one of my smallest tight tshirts out. and i put it on a hanger and hung it on my door. and everytime i leave the room, i see that shirt that it drives me to want to do more for my body.


and nowwwww i move onto my next project, my dresser. keep you posted!
